Here is a list of projects that we have been involved in at some stage or another:

  1. FRIM Gallery, Kepong, Kuala Lumpur – ‘sub-con’ work from another freelance designer. (KIV) – Refurbishing an old gallery/museum into a fresh, new ‘millennium’ gallery while maintaining the traditional & ‘in-the-forest’ feel. Duties included designing/drafting, preparation of tender documentation & liaising with clients.
  2. Impian décor Sdn. Bhd., Damansara Utama, Petaling Jaya (KIV) – Refurbishment of a 16-year-old curtain shop in Damansara. The  brief by the Client is to give their shop a warm and cosy feel for their patrons. Submitted conceptual proposal and initial  estimate for budgetary purposes.
  3. Hospital Shah Alam, Seksyen 7, Shah Alam, Selangor – This long awaited building is the first public hospital in Shah Alam. A design and build project, a consultant to the contractors.
  4. Lembaga Tabung Haji – Alor Setar, Kulim & Pendang Branch in Kedah & Seksyen 18 Branch in Shah Alam, Selangor. (Completed) – Design proposal to tender documentation through to tender analysis and recommendation.
  5. Fasta Pasta, The Weld, Kuala Lumpur (Unsuccessful) – Proposal stage. Conceptual design and preparation of Bill in Quantities.
  6. Galeri Sultan Abdul Halim, Alor Setar, Kedah (Unsuccessful) – Conceptual proposal stage.
  7. UDA Showroom, Bukit Bintang Plaza, Kuala Lumpur (Completed February 2004) – Drafting work for the showroom inclusive of  details and reflected ceiling plans.
  8. Bellissimo Cafe, Menara Axis, Petaling Jaya (Completed June 2004) – Mainly drafting and coordination of suppliers to site.
  9. Office Renovation to Golden Hope Plantations Berhad, Menara PNB, Kuala Lumpur (Completed September 2004) – Involved in both Phase 1 & 2 renovation works on Levels 12, 13, 15, 16, 19, 20 & 38. Mainly involved in site coordination and supervision.
  10. Wisma YPR Office Renovation, Jalan Syed Putra, Kuala Lumpur (Completed) – From conceptual stage. A lot of coordination work and site supervision.
  11. Quality Hotel, Shah Alam, Selangor (Unsuccessful) – Proposal stage. Conceptual design and preparation of Bill in Quantites.
  12. NAZA Showroom, Johor Bahru (Completed) – Involved in the initial stages. Mainly design and drafting.
