For full ID consultation or part thereof, we charge a percentage of total ID construction cost.  Reimbursables will also be charged accordingly, depending on site location and hard copies requested. A full fee structure and mode and time of payment is available on request.

A note to end Clients: Generally, 3D drawings (or Perspectives) are considered as a reimbursable. However, should your contract sum be above a certain amount, a maximum of five perspective views will be included in the ID Consultation package (we will advise you on this at our meeting). Anything above and beyond that will be considered as a reimbursable.  You can choose to have it done either before the working drawing stage (i.e. conceptual design stage) or after the working drawings are done (i.e. the “as designed” stage).

For employers  (i.e. other ID firms who require freelance assistance or contractors without in-house designers) who are only interested in drawings, our charges are as follows:
