As mentioned, we offer a comprehensive and full interior design consulting service. What does this entail? There are several phases in which we have to go through to see a project to its completion. We have divided it (broadly) into 4 parts.

1. Phase 1: Detailed Programming and Space Planning
   After our initial meeting and answering all your questions, and after you have decided to hire us, we will have to meet up with you again to discuss what it is you want out of your space. We will then put together a conceptual presentation for you which includes layout plans (with a few options), some elevations, images of ambiance of the space and materials. We will also be establishing a budgetary estimation at this point.

2. Phase 2: Schematic Design and Development Phase
   If we are on the right track, we will be further developing the initial design. At this stage, we will provide you 3 dimensional drawings, if required. We will also be ironing out the detail designs and once you are happy with it and have approved the budget, we will move on to the next phase.

3. Phase 3: Working Drawings & Specifications
   For clients, this is usually the boring phase. We will come up with all the working drawings needed (a little technical) for the confirmed design, without which, many things can go wrong. We will be detailing the specification of materials as well as the designs itself. The client will have to check whether or not everything is as per requested.

4. Phase 4: Construction and Supervision
   This is when we start getting our hands dirty. This is the last phase before you get you space back. The contractors can come from your recommendations, or can come from us. This we leave up to you. Throughout the construction period, we will be on site at least twice a week, or when needed, to oversee that things run smoothly and on schedule (as best as possible. Contractors have a way of delaying works even though they provide you the schedule!) We also approve payments to contractors for you to ensure that what they have done is what you are paying for.

This is just a general guideline of how we work. You can hire us for the whole project or you can hire us for a combination of stages. For instance, if you already have your design done by someone else but require us to do your working drawings and supervise on-site, then you can hire us for the last 2 phases. The fee percentage will be adjusted accordingly.
